Here the back plate wood with its support plate is screwed onto the router table plywood base.
The router table plywood base, in its turn is screwed to the sliding table of the duplicating router. Here the top plate master pattern is being exchanged for the back plate master pattern.
This view of the bottom of the back plate master pattern shows the paper shims which have been added over time to get the shape to come out correctly.
