  The router table plywood base is, in its turn, attached with screws to the sliding table of the duplicating router.
  The surface of the sliding table of the duplicating router must be carefully swept clean because even a tiny piece of wood underneath would prevent proper alignment for rough shaping the plate.
   Wood plate and pattern in position. The two must be exactly the same centerline distance apart as the router and guide follower on the duplicating router tool are.
For this photo, I have stopped and swept the chips away from the top bout area so you can see our progress.
